• Do not use Nabbyte to infringe copyrights or platform terms

Copyright and responsibility

We do not host TikTok video libraries on our servers as a public archive. Content belongs to its creators and rights holders. You are responsible for how you use downloaded files and for complying with copyright law and TikTok's terms.

No affiliation

Nabbyte is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, Douyin, ByteDance, or related brands.

Availability

The service is provided "as is". Downloads may fail when the source platform changes APIs, blocks requests, or removes content. We do not guarantee uptime, quality, or continued access to any specific video.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nabbyte is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or downloaded files.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
